We had a change of crew on Monday. A charter plane flew in the 13 new volunteers and 13 went out. We are on a two week rotation for volunteers in Eagle, Alaska
All meals for volunteers are being served at Redmen hall. Redmen is just around the corner from the MDS house.We had a hymn sing at Redmen after the evening meal on Sunday night. Many of the community joined the singing. We had several musicians in the MDS volunteer group. Jordan played the piano and all strings.

Roger and Ron both played the bass. Gary played the guitar.

Mike, an Alaskan volunteer, played his harmonica.

We finally had a clear evening on Sunday night. We had not seen the mountains for several weeks.

Last week, we sat around the fire every evening. Here we are making bread on a stick. Reba, a gal from the New Village brought the dough and the guys had a great time baking it over the open fire.
