Today is the day, we have been waiting for - to get the ball joints replaced in the motor home. Wilbur and Fred are at the garage, seeing what they can do to be of assistance. I am sitting on the porch on a beautiful day. The birds are singing their little hearts out. Elsie got fresh lettuce, onions and radishes out of her garden. It is dry here and Elsie waters her flower planters every day. We hope they will soon get rain for the hay and other crops and green up the lawns. We will head west, when the motor home is repaired and hope to be in Alaska by the longest day (Sunday). It is still light until 12 midnight and then gets light soon after 3 am. We have had such a good time, here at Fred and Elsie's, its almost a downer to move on soon. The guys have been to several auctions and the ladies took in a quilt show. But mostly we just sit, talk and enjoy the nature and drink good coffee.
Sunday evening at the Gingerich's. We enjoyed our popcorn and the outdoors. We made tinfoil dinners on Saturday night and cooked them on the grill. Yum! Yum!
